What a day! Thank god it is over! First i better check my email.

From: Ann Taylor To: Gill Mansfield Subject: Important Meeting to identify issues in team collaboration Gill, There is a big issue with communication on the product team that must be addressed Meet me at 9am tomorrow to discuss!
7.00pm
Gill arrives home after an awful day at work. She feels tense and stresses as her project isnt going well
10.30pm
Ugh! I feel terrible, i have eaten so much and drank a bottle of wine!
Gill checks her email and gets a terse email from her manager saying that the problem with communication in the team must be sorted Gill feels her heart start pounding and her palms start sweating
3.00am
Gill goes to the kitchen, she is trying to lose weight but she cannot stop the urge to eat. She finds some food she was keeping for a party at the weekend and begins eating.
8.00am
Oh god, i have to face this meeting today with mo sleep and i feel awful after the wine and food i ate last night!
Gill continues to eat some more food and she has a bottle of wine. She now feels guilty about the food and alcohol she had aswell as the tough meeting she has tomorrow
Gill spends the night tossing and turning and cannot get to sleep The impending meeting is playing on her mind. She also feels guilty about the food ate before bed
Gill heads out to work the following morning feels tired, an anxious and down. She wonders should she stay in this job, maybe she will give in her notice as she thinks s they could fire her anyway!
