- The program hopes to make you a communicator. You should be able to communicate your thoughts. This can help if, for example, you do a group work, what makes a group work great is the mix of ideas. People can't read your thoughts you need to express them. And maybe you will come up with something amazing by sharing those ideas that could be perfected by the rest of the group. This will help a lot in the future. For example, if you work on a project in your company you will have to communicate with the rest of the people that work on that project to make it the best you can.

- Cintia is knowledgeable. The program hopes to make you knowledgeable as well. Being knowledgeable is important because your knowledge will help you make decisions. Knowledge will be very useful in your future some things will be more than other depending on what you choose to do in the future but that doesn't mean that knowledge of something you do not choose to study won't be important because there always is a chance that one day it will be useful.

- Cintia is balanced. The program hopes to make you a balanced person as well. Being able to balance your life is important to keep a healthy lifestyle. You should be able to balance time with friends and family, activities that you enjoy, work... Being able to balance your life in such a way that you have time for leisure and work is a skill that will be useful your all life.

- The program hopes to make you principled. Being principled is important. Being principled means to take responsibility for your actions. You act fairly and make your decision fairly, meaning that if there is for example an election at your school you won't vote for your best friend because you like them as a person but you will choose the person who you think will represent you or your school the best that person can be your best friend but the important thing is that you do not choose them just because they are your friend. This will also show your integrity, which is another part of being principled.

- The program hopes to make you inquirer. Being an inquirer means to ask questions and seek answers. Being an inquirer means that once the person gets the answer they evaluate the validity of the answer.
