  • Week 1
  • This is going to be great!
  • Madison's first day of her 30 day workout challenge!!
  • Madison is a little frustrated because she is too weak to squat 50lbs.
  • Something is wrong with the barbell...
  • 15 minutes works, I guess.
  • Madison decides to go back to the treadmill and try to run a mile under 10 minutes..
  • Madison decides to go back to her dorm and get a good nights rest and try again tomorrow
  • Week 2
  • Madison is ready to kill today's work out!
  • Running a mile in 12 minutes isn't SO bad
  • I CAN DO THIS!!
  • Madison is determined to get the 60 lbs up.
  • It is time for madison to go to bed in her little dorm as she crushed the workout today!
  • Madison woke up bright and early to get her workout done and out of the way!
  • Week 3
  • Madison is going to squat first instead of running. She is going to try to squat 95!!
  • This time I will be able to get it up!!
  • Madison is a little angry since she hasnt improved in running.
  • Another 12 minute mile...
  • Just squatted 105!!! Just three weeks ago i could barely even squat 60! It's amazing what attitude and motivation can make you accomplish
  • I am going to get some rest! Better luck tomorrow!!
  • Week four
  • This is madisons last chance to accomplish her goals!
  • Still can only run a mile in 12 minutes. Guess I never really was a runner anyway.
  • Even though I could only run a mile in 12 minutes, I am still proud of myself for staying dedicated and trying. I am really happy that I can now squat 105! Even with my failures I never gave up and kept going! From now on I will workout everyday and continue to push myself!
