- Mark is very desperate for an accountant. He figured he can get away with not being consistent with sales tax for his car wash company, and faking the accounts. Now he is served with a tax audit. He finds Skyler White, an old friend who ends up being an accountant and is willing to help Mark.

- First things first, Skyler needed help with where to start. She called one of her finance lawyers, Saul on some advice on how to solve this issue mark had.

- With the information that Saul gave Skyler and some extra reviewing, the next day Skylar had told Mark about the red flags in his tax returns; He has claimed unreasonable expenses, and there are many discrepancies in his income that doesn't match his real life situation.
