- Hello Adam! Its been a while since we've last spoken! How about we go for lunch together? Did you go anywhere today?
- Hi Martha! I met up with Sam, and he promised to let me rent his car for the summer. Only problem was he was smoking the whole time and the smoke kept blowing on my face but its all good! Lets meet up at a restaurant and I'll explain all the details!
- Adam, don't take this the wrong way but you shouldn't meet up with Sam again! He put you in danger for his own selfish needs!

We assume the cancer was caused by Marcus's father because he regularly smokes and smoking affects more none smokers than smokers. The woman sitting on the chair is his mother.
