- After the Stamp Act and the Tea Act, Levi (Blue), and other colonial men were infuriated and went to Boston to dump over $2,000,000 worth of British Tea from the British East India Tea Company into the Boston Harbor, dressed as Native Americans.

- Back In Britain, King George III was enraged by the Colonist's behavior, he immediately punished them by passing a series of Laws known as 'The Intolerable Acts', he also placed Boston under Martial Law.

- Levi argues with a redcoat at his home in Boston when he comes to stay due to the new Intolerable Acts and Martial Law.
- Battle of Lexington and Concord
- The first continental congress took place in Philadelphia, where 56 delegates from 12 of the 13 American colonies came and talked about the future of America under British rule. They decided there needed to be a change. While Levi wasn't at this meeting, these decisions would alter his life forever.
- After the Continental Congress meeting, John Hancock and Sam Adams led Minutemen to get ready to fight for their rights as Americans. They started preparing weapons, etc.

- The first battle of the Revolutionary War took place, where Levi and the other Minutemen helped America win against Britain. Levi felt empowered, and knew he would not stop fighting for Americans until they were truly Americans.
