- Rani has been homesick. While looking at the calendar, Rani realized New Year is approaching. So, she has decided to take advantage of the upcoming New Year holiday to visit her parents.

- Rani is figuring out the best way to go back to her hometown. She realized that driving is too energy draining and the traffic is likely to be busy days before the New Year. Coincidentally, Rani stumble upon an advertisement of IRCTC and thus she gets the idea.

- Rani rush to download the IRCTC booking mobile application from the Google Play Store and do all the required steps to book a ticket back home, going from registering a new account to make payment on the chosen ticket.

- Welcome Home, Darling
- On the departure date, Rani arrived at the train station half an hour earlier before the departure time and use the QR code of the purchased ticket scanned at the AGC for verification.
- Wow, it is so convenient and easy
- The mobile application allows Rani to check on the real time location of the train as well as the estimated arrival time. After the train has arrived on the platform, Rani proceeds to board the train.

- Finally, Rani reunites with her parents while avoided traffic congestion and energy-consuming driving journey on her way to her home. Happy Ending!!!
