- Sarah takes his call She speaks with George and is very apologetic... She creates a service order in CRM for his complaint This automatically generates a work order & dispatches it
- George Notified
- The work order is sent to Alan via mobile technology because: Alan is available Alan is closest to Smith Street Alan has a suitable truck Alan has the required skills for the job (the CRM knows all these things)

- Done!
- Alan picks up the rubbish from George's place & marks the job as DONE on his mobile device This is automatically uploaded back to CRM via mobile technology
