- This impressive story is about a man, who saved millions of lives. His name is Juan Pandoja and he is a German cardiologist. Juan Pandoja is not a movie superhero, but he changed the lives of many people with his kindness and dedication. He may not have the same powers as Captain America, he doesn't have superhuman strength or super speed, but Juan has a great sense of support and hope that makes him a real life hero, let's discover why!
- During the Second World War, John Pandoja had been involved in helping German soldiers who were injured by the enemy. One afternoon, he was about to leave the battlefield in order to have lunch. Suddenly, he came across a Jewish soldier wounded in the chest by a stray bullet. At first, John was shocked to see the boy screaming in pain, but seconds later he went over to help him.
- I need help!
- Juan approached the soldier in order to help him, although the atmosphere was not very helpful as at that moment a bomb had exploded. The soldier was screaming and praying for help. At first, Juan thought it was going to be a situation that he could solve calmly due to his professionalism, but minutes later he realized that it was going to be the contrary. He was very nervous because the boy wouldn't stop complaining about the pain, he was afraid that the soldier would die, that's why he had to act fast.
- Please help me, I beg you.
- Don't worry, I'll take you to a safe place so I can get the bullet out of your chest before it reaches your heart.
