Storyboard Text
- One day, In the town of Verona, two families got into an argument. The House of Capulet and the House of Montague fight on the streets. The Prince arrives and tells them both that if they fight again, the one who started the fight would be put to death.
- The House of Montague has started this fight, now we must finish it!
- The House of Capulet has dishonored our friendship.
- Romeo appears and tell Benvolio that he is upset that Rosaline has rejected him. Benvolia tells Romeo that he needs to find another girl and he will help him.
- Romeo, why are you so sad?
- Benvolio, Rosaline has rejected me! I will never find true love again!
- The Capulets have a masquerade party. Benvolio and Romeo sneak into the party in disguise so no one can recognize them. Romeo meets Juliette
- Hello, I'm Juliette. It's nice to meet you!
- Hello, I'm Romeo. What is your name?
- Tybalt overhears Romeo talking to Benvolio and realizes he is a Montague. Tybalt wants to attack Romeo and is stopped by Capulet.
- I recognize that voice... That's Romeo Montague. How dare he invade my family's party!
- I really enjoyed meeting Juliette. Maybe I can get over Rosaline.
- Romeo realizes Juliette is a Capulet, but he is interested in her. So he asks her for a kiss. They kissed twice. Romeo leaves the party.
- You kiss by the book!
- After Romeo leaves the party, Juliette talks with her nurse and asks if Romeo is a Montague. The nurse tells Juliette she does not know.
- I do not know what family he belongs to.
- Who was the masked man who would not dance? Is he a Montague?
