- April 2017
- *Davis says inappropriate commentary about women around him to his friends*
- *woman visibly seem uninterested and uncomfortable*
- Davis continuously harassed many woman in public gathering or even when found alone
- woman began to communicate and find out these act were being committed by Davis
- July 2018, Davis Moreno-James committed his final act of rape in the first degree
- August 2018, CSUN PD begins the investigation on the acts David Moreno-James committed
- August 2018 Davis was taken into custody, questioned, then released on bond
- In June 25, 2019 Davis was arrests once again for the acts he has committed. One felony count of forcible rape and multiple sexual battery charges.
- CSUN administration immediately took matters into their own hands.Davis was suspended from the CSUN soccer team CSUN president spoke about the acts directly and immediately had a press release speaking about these acts being completely intolerable on CSUN campus
- September 2019, Davis was sentenced to 8 years in jail for sexual battery and rape.
- Davis will spend 8 years in prison paying for the acts he committed to innocent girls on CSUN campus
- Sexual assault shouldn't be accepted. Any individual who commits these types of acts should face consequences. Acts like these happening so close to where we reside will always be saddening, but they are what allow us to be aware of the evil in the world and what allow us to raise awareness on such matters.
