- wanna be safe? then pay up!
- The emperor didn't have much power, they were more of a figure head than an emperor, a figure head for the shogun, who really has all the power
- Mwahahah! I have all the power!
- Hahah that's cute. he thinks he has all the power, boy is he wrong
- Before the feudalism system, there was lots of chaos, which included peasants stealing and nobles ignoring social duties

- Feudal japan at the times had many clans and was very split up with lots of conflict and disorder among the clans that made up japan
- AHHHHG WE HATE YOU
- Japan, isolated from almost everyone else
- SIR! We are being attacked from all sides survival seems futile!
- AHHH ALL THESE CLANS AND DISORDER IS SO ANNOYING
- The main land, where everyone is and no where is safe
- Nobles fought for land and power (although this is a less DEVASTATING example) often causing many local problems
