  • I can't eat breakfast, I slept in late and I didn't prepare my breakfast either
  • Honey, you have to eat breakfast or else you won't be able to pay attention in class and you'll have behavioural problems
  • Well to prevent that from happening, you can set your alarm 10-20 minutes earlier
  • Or, if you don't want to wake up early, you can prepare your breakfast a night before
  • And did you know that if you skip breakfast, you'll actually gain weight since your metabolism slows down
  • Mix that all together, and put it in the refrigerator over night. Then in the morning, add 1/2 cup of any fruits you want (strawberries taste really good)
  • OH and here's a HEALTHY breakfast example, because I know you eat so unhealthy with those cereals full of sugar
  • Get 1/3 cup of low fat plain greek yogurt, 1/3 cup large flake oats, 1/3 cup of low fat milk, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
