- I've thought about it a good deal and I've decided the only thing to do is tell you right away. I hope you won't blame me too much.
- I guess we won't go out then
- Mary Maloney, kind and gentle, patiently waited for her husband to come home from work.
- Patrick's decided he's tired and doesn't want to eat out tonight.
- Why, good evening, Mrs. Maloney. How're you?
- Mary's husband Patrick, finally arrived at home but he seemed to be distressed. Patrick decided to tell her the news that's been bothering him.
- Impossible that she'd have done this...
- Is he dead?
- I'm afraid he is. What happened?
- Sickened by the news, Mary grabbed a leg of lamb from the freezer and brought it upstairs. Without hesitation, Mary swung the leg as hard as she could against the back of Patrick's head.
- She wants us to finish it. She said so. Be doing her a favor.
- *evil laugh thing*
- It ought to be easy to find. Probably under our very noses.
- After murdering Patrick and tidying herself up, Mary, cunning as she is, created an alibi for herself by going to the convenience store shortly after.
- As soon as Mary got home, she called the police. They found her story convincing and did not suspect Mary as the murderer.
- Mary was intelligent enough to cook the murder weapon. She convinced the cops to eat the leg of lamb as they pitied her husband's sudden death. In the end, Mary was in a jovial mood since she got away with murder.
