- Showing opening appointment letter and calling the Vote Center.
- Showing that the VCC calls the Inspector & Traffic Clerk and then each Inspector calls their precinct Clerks to relay the information for set up before election day and reporting time on election day.

- Show P/U Card with appointment letter. Show the car driving through the lanes to get their supplies and receive their bags.

- Show inspector going through bag and using checklist to inventory supplies
- Set up - Prior to Election Day & Election Day Processes - Normal, Provisional, & Spoiled Ballot Closing - VCC announcing polls are closed, packing and cleaning all items. Show moving furniture to original positions.
- Reception - Show the inspector returning items in dual custody. Show rear-view mirror placard. Show cars driving into reception and turning in all supplies and ballots.
