- I think its time to move out of my parents house. I AM DOING IT... but first I need to do some research
- So, Mia starts looking for a place to live, and must fill out a rental application to see if she is approved. The landlord also needs to check her and employment history.
- Hey Mia, Im Julia and i have pulled your credit report from one of the 3 CRA's (Equifax), and it looks like you have an account in collections which has a negative effect on your credit score.
- WOO that makes you high risk to us. Your credit score is 400 which is too low for us. But don't worry the lowest score is 300 and the highest is 850, if you want to increase your score I recommend you to stop making late payments, and stop applying for too many credit cards.
- I had no idea I had to have a good credit score to rent an apartment, I'm going to start making my payments on time and cut off my million credit cards, Im also going to monitor my FICO credit score from now on because 90% of lenders still use it.
- I can also  check my credit score at www.annualcreditreport.com just to make sure everything is going great.
