- John : yes i really do. I have a problem with my colleague at work and when i tried to confront him it got worse.

- John: ohh, i am so sorry that you have to go through this. What happened exactly?
- Sam : he is not only arrogating my privileges, but also he is emulating my style of managing the projects. So I don’t really know what to do !

- John : it’s okay this happens everywhere. My point of view is that emulating your style is so germane as you are very good at you work and you have achieved alot, but the real problem here is you shouldn’t allow anyone to arrogate your rights or privileges.
- John: then you should talk to your manager and make sure to substantiate your claim beforehand.
- Sam: I think I can threaten him that I will tell our manager and let’s see what will he do!
- Sam : I actually talked to him in a friendly way, but I don’t know if he will do anything about it. As he said to me “ Sam, if you maintain your intransigent attitude we will lose each other”
- Sam: do you think so ? Like , I really don’t want to harm him or make him lose his job.
- John: I believe someone with that attitude, will choose to temporize rather than act .
