- Where is everyone? We have deadlines to meet.
- WORK, WORK
- Country Club Leader = Most concern for people but least concern for production.
- Impoverished Leader = No concern for people or production. No system for getting job done.
- I know, Mark. There is so little feedback or leadership here. I am thinking about looking for other work.
- Hi, Jane. Have you had any feedback on our committee work? I don't know whether it is good or bad!
- Middle of the Road = gets the work done with minimal satisfaction of faculty and mediocre work.
- I am just here to teach my class.
- As long as you do the basics that is what is important.
- Team Management = High faculty satisfaction equals high production.High trust in team.
- Yea, team.

- Setting goals really helped.
- Produce or Perish = Stresses production with little concern for people.
- What do you mean you're sick. We have a job to do. If you can't do it I'll hire someone else.
