- The middle level manager communicates the goals to the first line managers. She is responsible to make sure everyone does there job and part to meet the goals

- We will work together toward this goal, some of you will work directly with customers while others will work fulfilling the orders.
- The first line manager is responsible for making sure that the employees know their duties, and assigns tasks for the departments. First line manager also keeps the middle level managers informed of what is going on.
