  • Interviewer: How do you perceive mental health? Interviewee: People who suffer from depression and the amount os stress they had, but what the society label them are crazy or strange due to the word mental. Interviewer: 100% agree on what you have mentioned. Therefore, how do you educate them? Interviewee: First, be your own voice. Second, raise your own awareness. Third, consult a profeesional.

  • Interviewer: You have mentioned about be your own voice. How do we use our own voice to spread awareness about mental health? Interviewee: Speak for yourself because you are the leader of your life, you the are voice of your own. Voice it out and don't keep it to yourself. Interviewer: How do we really voice it out when certain people find it hard to talk about it. Interviewee: First, we have to find someone we are comfortable in, is either your close friend or your parents because it is much easier when we are with someone we are close with.

  • Interviewer: You have shared on how to use our voice for good and next will be raise your own awareness, How do we actually raise our own awareness? Interviewee: talk about mental health openly, educate yourself and others on the symptoms might happen. Interviewer: Great! What are the possible chance of mental health symptoms? Interviewee: mood changes, antisocial behavior, changes of sleep routine and eating as well as often get sad easily.

Interviewee: It is important for individuals to consult a professional to know what is mental health is all about in detail, instead of doing our own research because different individuals will have different persceptive towards mental health.
