- Meena and Ahmad flee to Pakistan
- Meanwhile, Ivan Petrov, a Soviet Union general in charge of stopping rebellious work plants two men to join RAWA in order to stop Meena. He becomes suspicious and decides she needs to be stopped.
- Work in Pakistan
- After all of the attention the magazine received, Meena's picture is circulated around. Several RAWA members are also caught and imprisoned.
- Assasination of Ahmad and Meena
- Meena's husband Ahmad flees to Pakistan after being tortured. And after Meena returns from being abroad, she realizes the danger she's in and also flees to Quetta Pakistan.
- Meena continues her RAWA work in Pakistan. She sets up a base there. She opens up clinics and does other inspirational work there.
- Meena's husband gets assasinated first, and then three months later Meena goes missing. She is then assasinated in Pakistan in 1987 by two men who had were members of her own organzation and were believed to have ties to KHAD and *Petrov*
