- The Wedding Day
- In January 2018, my older brother decided to get married. My family was very happy, me too! At first, we held a wedding reception in Jakarta. After that, we planned to have the akad in Cilacap, which is my sister-in-law’s hometown. So, after prepared everything we needed there, my family and my uncle’s family went together from Jakarta to Cilacap.
- Lost
- We decided to go there by car at night, and we arrived in Cilacap the next morning. Even though the trip was quite far, but I didn’t feel bored, because my cousin, Rifky, always played with me.Rifky is a year younger than me, we were very easy to get along.Likewise, Rifky’s younger brother, Ardi, who was still a toddler at the time also played together with us.He is very adorable. westayed in a hotel for a day before the wedding day. The weather there was so nice, it was warm, but not really hot.
- Benteng Pendem
- Finally, it was the day. I woke up early in the morning. We had breakfast and prepared all of the things. Everyone was busy, except me and my cousins. We played together until my mother called me to changed my clothes. I asked my brother about his feelings, he said that he was a bit nervous. Even so, he could still annoyed me.After everything was ready, we went to my sister-in-law’s house for the wedding.The wedding took place in a mosque. It was not far from my sister-in-law’s house.
- Teluk Penyu
- After all of the wedding ceremony, My sister and I went out to find some snacks. But we didn’t get it. We just walked down the street, until I realized that we got lost. Actually, I didn’t panic, because I just enjoyed the amazing views there.The view was mesmerizing. I saw the beach right in front of me, and it was relaxing.However, my sister got panicked. She tried to call my brother a lot of times, but he didn’t answer. So, we decided to turn around and just walked. Finally, we got back to my sister-in-law’s house.
- After that, the younger brother of my sister-in-law invited us to go on a little trip. He took us to a place called The Pendem Fort, or in Indonesia was Benteng Pendem. I saw a lot of old buildings in the complex. Creepy nuance was created when we came here. Rifky said that he was scared, me too! Not many visitors attended, so we were free to explore. But we decided to left, and moved to another destination
- Not far from The Pendem Fort, we found a beach called Teluk Penyu. Actually, I didn’t find any turtle or penyu there, but the trip was so fun. I played with my sister and my cousins. We enjoyed the scenery of Teluk Penyu. But we needed to get back to Jakarta. After 1 night stayed in the hotel, we had to say goodbye to Cilacap. It was funny but also an amazing experience for me.
