So that's basically the deal with the Contractor. They owe us $20M. As I said, I think we have a really strong case but the other firm wanted to charge $2,000/hr with no total cost estimate. That risk is just too high!

It sounds like you have a fairly strong case but you never know until you get to court. Our firm doesn't do your typical billing structure. We simply do 40% contingency. That is 40% of what you get out of litigation. If we settle out of court, we only need 35%.
