Interviewee: What motivated me to work at this job is my constant feeling to protect the citizens and because I am a resident here in this town I would love to protect my own town.

Interviewee:I am eager to be the most effective police officer possible. I continuously research new techniques to become a better officer because of how passionate I am about this job.
Interviewer:If you witnessed a fellow officer committing a crime, what would you do in this situation?
Interviewee:In this situation, I would have to immediately report this police officer to my chief.
Interviewer:The daily agenda of an officer is tasks such as patrolling, monitoring traffic,making arrest and other daily tasks.

Interviewer:The values of this department is to protect the people and better the town for less crime and violations.

Interviewer:At this police department we handle failure very critically and keep working till success, considering the fact how we handle situations reflects on the safety of everyone.
