I'm so tired. I've been working non-stop for 16 hour days since I arrived.
I'm really stressed out. I haven't been able to sleep well since I've been thinking of all that needs to get done.
Wait! I got it! I remember at the OFDA Stress Mitigation Training that there are certain techniques I can do to alleviate stress.
Mary has been on her DART team as a Disaster Operations Specialist in Haiti for one week.
I was able to download the app so easily. Now, I'm exploring breathing techniques and taking the stress assessment.
I'm feeling less stressed now after doing my breathing technique. Going to hit the hay and get ready for another day.
Mary is stressed out with all her responsibilities and the urgency of the disaster. There must be something she can do.
