- The kabuliwala
- Narrator - Mini is a five year old girl who can not spend a minute without talking
- Baba-Before I could lecture about the variations of languages she jumped to another topic. Before i could give my opinion on what bhola said she jumped to another topic.
- The door man calls kauwa instead of crow baba,he does not know anything
- Baba bhola says it rains because of elephants , he just talks and talks.

- KABULIWALA he sels dried fruits
- Who is this person Mini
- Narrator- Mini used to think that the kabuliwala used take children in his bag
- As Mini got to know that Rahmat does not keep children in his bag.she was not scared anymore
- Nameste mera nam Rahmat he me afghanistan se aye ho kolta apna parivar ka bina.

- Kabuliwala had come all the way from Afghanistan to kolkata leaving is famil to make some money for his family

- As a few days passed mini and rahmat became good friends.Rahmat used to visit mini everyday and banter with her.
- One day mini saw the police marching rahmat away.
- Mini had asked the police what happened the police said that he had caused grievous body harm by killing one of the neighbours of Mini.

- Few years passed and eventually mini had forgotten Rahmat as she grew up. She made new friends of her age.
- As a few years passed on her wedding day she saw rahmat.
- Rahmat when did you come out of jail.

- Rahmat i think you should go back to afghanistaan to your children.
- When Mini father told rah mat to go back he realised that his daughter parvati must have grown.He told baba that when he gave mini dry fruits it remindede him of his daughter
- Baba gave some money to rahmat and rahmat went back to afghanistan
