- So the first one that I want to share and say to you is the one that we are doing right now, it is called Social Distancing. It is important in preventing and slowing down the spread of the virus.

- Wearing Face mask and Face shield
- It is essential nowadays to wear a face mask and face shield if you are going out in your house to help prevent the spread of infection and prevent the individual from contracting any airborne infectious germs.
- Yes. And wearing them is recommended as part of personal protective equipment and as a public health measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
- Using alcohol and sanitizers
- We also need alcohol and sanitizers as a disinfectant for disinfecting purposes. And we should also wash our hands always to reduce colonization and infection.
- And also staying at home is important so if you don't have anything else to do and not necessary don't go out on your house. Because it's harmful to our health and we don't want to risk our health in the viruses that we can encounter in the outside world.
