  • It seems a new person has come to the library.
  • Yes, I believe he will become a great mathematician.
  • I see. I'll attempt to come up with one.
  • One of our hulls is full of rainwater, and we need a solution to the problem.

  • Opens with a shot of the Alexandria library. Sounds of scrolls being opened, people muttering and the clattering of sandals can be heard. Camera zooms in on two of the people there. They discuss the arrival of Archimedes. Camera fades away.
  • I believe I have figured out the difference between the crowns.
  • Very good.
  • You need to stay vigilant, we need to prepare the other weapons.
  • Opens with sounds of the ocean, followed by a shot of a dock moving from it towards the ship that a soldier and Archimedes are on. Sounds of a busy area can be heard. They discuss how water is stuck in the ship and Archimedes proposes a solution. Scene fades away with the sound of Archimedes making a tool.

  • Opens with a shot of Archimedes' home, that transitions to Archimedes bathing. He then exclaims the popular phrase 'eureka' , and gets out to run off. Sounds of water swishing and the stomps of feet could be heard. Scene fades with the splash of water.
  • Archimedes was known as one of, if not the most popular ancient Greek mathematician. He was able to invent hydrostatic sciences, discover the way to get the volume of irregular shapes, became the first known person to use the laws of physics, and had many other mathematical and mechanical advances that were very important for society.
  • I see. Thank you for the information, professor.
  • Opens with a camera pan starting from behind a pillar, focuses in on Archimedes and Hiero II. Archimedes discusses how he figured out that the crown wasn't real. The scene fades out with Hiero praising Archimedes with the camera zooming in on the soldiers bringing away the person who made it.
  • Scene opens with the sound of shouting, catapults being fired, splashes of water and the sinking of boats. The camera briefly moves through the wreckage and settles in on some soldiers and Archimedes. The other soldiers prepare the next attacks, while two praise Archimedes for his inventions.
  • Scene opens with the ringing of a school bell and the opening of a door. Sounds and scenes of students talking and bustling in the crowd can be heard. The camera settles on a professor and a student, the latter asking for the relevance of Archimedes. The professor responds and the scene ends with the clattering of shoes and the two walking away.
