- Hey guys! don't be nervous. I am confident that we will do well in the poem recitation.

- I am very nervous.
- Me too. There is a time limit as well. I don't think I can participate.
- Be positive guys. At least we made it this far. and nervousness sometimes is good too.
- Personal connection
- Jeff and Mary,, remember how eloquently you debated and got us the glory the last time!
- Leaders are always confident. They know how to inspire the team to do well.
- Patience
- We can't rely on our past glory! This time the challenge is writing a limerick! How do we do that?
- Leaders are always positive. They know how to encourage the team.
- Focus
- It is easy! A limerick is a poem with 5 lines. The first, second and fifth lines rhyme with each other. The third and fourth lines rhyme with each other and have the same number of syllables.
- Leaders always know the strength and weakness of their team members.
- Genuine
- Look, I agree that it is not easy to write a limerick in a short time. However, I believe it that we can do it together. Yes, we may not get it all correct, that's ok.
- The topic is hard, we need to write it on leadership!
- Leaders are always patient. They don't start arguing when others oppose their ideas or opinions.
- I agree. Last time, we recited what was given. This time we have to create our original one.
- Leaders are always focussed. They know what to do, and are not rude.
- Leaders do not fake. Their feelings are genuine.
- Limerick has got so many rules...how will we write it!
- Guys, I think we should listen to Ted and give it a try. If we don't win, at least we will get to know how to write a limerick!
- Yeah, that is true., and we all need to recite it together.
- Team work
- Let's board the ship called LEADERSHIP With a captain who is fair, humble, positive and builds great relationship whom you can count on without fear a leader who is a peer The ship is bound to sail with guidance of great leadership

- Yes, Ted if it was not for you, we would have given up and not even tried.
- In the end, the team won the competition and learn't to always be positive.
- Actually guys, I give you all the credit for not giving up and doing your best.

- Afterall, it was not that hard. Thanks Ted for being persistent with us.
- Leaders are always with their team.
- Leaders are always humble and gives credit to the teamwork.
