  • Once she returned home, Beauty enjoyed being with her family and discovered that the Beast's gifts had made the family rich again. Yet she began to miss the castle and Beast. One night towards the end of the two months, Beauty had a dream that Beast was in the castle, dying because she did not come back, and the words "don't be tricked by appearances" kept going through her mind.
  • When she thought about it more, Beauty realized that ever since they heard the news that one of Paul's ships had survived, appearances turned out not to be reality. The ship's cargo didn't make them rich again, her innocent request for a rose caused trouble, and the frightful Beast was not a cause for fear after all. Beauty decided she would go back to the castle and be with Beast,
  • so she tearfully said goodbye to her family and them left that day. When she returned to the castle, Beauty discovered Beast was, in fact, dying. He didn't wake up when she called and shook him, and she began to cry, saying that she did love the Beast and wanted to marry him after all.
  • When she said this, the Beast suddenly changed. His horns and fur became nice clothes and a crown. Beauty's Beast had become a Prince. She was still trying to understand what happened when the Prince woke up. "Beauty," he said happily, "For years I suffered from an enchantment that made me that Beast, and it could only be reversed if someone loved me for who I truly was. Will you really
  • marry me?" "Yes," Beauty said. The next day, they got Beauty's family together and Beauty and the Prince were married, and they all lived happily ever after.
  • The End.
