- My mother taught me how to bake at a young age and even today we make cakes and many other sweet treats. So it is a passion.
- My Future Plans
- I plan to start working in a bakery as soon as I turn sixteen. I plan to learn what I need to there and then go to Culinary School.
- How I want to have Lived
- I plan to start the business out with hiring a few employees, me being the sole owner still. I will buy a little space down town and have a nice little bakery people will love.
- I plan to have a larger bakery in the city of Asheville in the future. There I will host wedding party's, have a larger staff, and a Business partner.
- When I retire, or get too old for the job. I want to have built not only a great life for my family filled with the fruits of success, but to have built a legacy someone else could inherent and keep alive.
