- One day in Tokyo, There was a man named Kaneki-Ken and she met a beautiful girl on a coffee shop named Rize. They talked a lot and they knew they have one thing in common which is reading a book about Ghouls. After they finished drinking their coffees they started leaving the coffee shop and noticed that it was night. Kaneki then offered Rize that he would accompany her back to her house and she accepted his offer.
- CLIMAX
- After they reached their destination Kaneki said goodbye to Rize but suddenly Rize attacked Kaneki. It turns out that Rize is a ghoul, a being that feeds on human flesh and then Kaneki was very injured that he lost his consciousness.
- FALLING ACTION
- He was taken to the hospital and he needs to undergoe on a surgery in order to save his life and later receives an organ transplant from the Goul, Rize. His Hair turned white, his right eye became black and finally became a Ghoul.
- RESOLUTION
- A couple of days has passed he was dischared from the hospital. He was very hungry when he came back to his house, He opened his Fridge and grabbed a bread. He took a bite of the bread but as the chewed on the bread he immidiately sput the bread out. He said that it tasted weird, it's like he is eating a sand. After a while he saw a raw meat on his fridge, he grabbed it and ate it. He cried after he ate it because he can't accept the fact that he is a Ghoul.
- After all of the unexpected and crucial events, Kaneki went outside for a walk. He was so dizzy and stressed because of what happened. After forming a few steps away from his house he suddenly feel a chronic hunger. He thought that he is going to die because there is nothing that he could it than a raw meat. He passed away in a random place and he thought that he is dead. When he gained back his consciousness he was surprised, he was in a comfortable room.
- He saw an old man, a kid and a lady. It turns out that those people are also Ghouls but a kind one. They brought Kaneki to their place and after that day Kaneki became a part of their team. He is happy again and that day he was known as The One eyed Ghoul.
