- This law should be passed, because minorities no matter their origins or smartness should be able to vote!

- We all deserve the same voting rights no matter our minority group or not passing literacy tests.
- A bill needs to be passed for other minority groups to be able to vote and to not have literacy tests.

- Everyone deserves the right to vote without literacy tests and regardless been a minority
- Cons- Only certain minorities allowed to vote needing to pass the literacy test. Pros- Everyone in the US no matter if their a minority should be able to vote & without needing to pass a literacy test.
- The President Signs into Law
- It is fair, we agree!
- Senators are convinced to pass the law.
- The Bill gets signed and it becomes the Voting Rights Act Amendments of 1975
