- Gary Driving Home
- Corporate....
- Alone At Office
- Hello...is anyone here?
- Gary meets with corporate, and learns that his franchise has to pay up for the new management information system - salesforce.com. Corporate wants Gary's team of salespeople to learn the system, so that they can have a consistent brand message.
- Sales Team On Location
- As Gary is driving home from the corporate office, he grows frustrated with their demands. He wonders how he's going to get his salespeople to learn the new software, since they already have a favorite system in place.
- Gary's Stressed Out & Scared
- Gary arrives at his office, only to find out that the salespeople aren't there. He gets on the phone and gives them a call. He learns that his salespeople are out selling, and can't come back to the office.
- Just Another Day
- Since the salespeople are busy meeting with clients, they simply don't have time for learning new software. Time is money, and they only get paid by commission.
- Not only does his salespeople not know how to use Salesforce.com, but Gary is afraid of this new technology. After all, Gary is much older and isn't as technology savvy as they are.
- Ultimately, Gary decides to not upgrade to Salesforce.com, since it's very cumbersome. He rather rely on his salespeople and their word of mouth.
