- "Betty and George Thomas! You are arrested for kidnapping Jamie Lawson . You will appear in the High court next week. Anything you say or do now could be used against you."
- "We didn't do anything"
- They are not guilty!
- "We-w-w-we did. We are so sorry for causing all this trouble but we are poor, our landlord is evicting us at the end of the month, we barely have enough to eat at dinner! Please forgive us!"
- "Betty and George Thomas you kidnapped-"
- "We didn't do it! Please! We didn't!"
- Betty and George Thomas get charged for kidnapping a minor and have to spend 2 years living and working in the prison. During this time they think about their actions and how to become better people. They get let out 1 and a half years later.
