- When claire's dad Has a stroke and she doesn't know what to do. And the doctors didn't leave because they thought that it might be low blood sugar. Because low blood sugar sometimes looks like a stroke.
- "This is the last thing. I'm checking his blood sugar. Sometimes low blood sugar can look like a stroke."
- "Why aren't we going to the hospital already?"
- When the teacher Mrs, Selinsky took claire's phone when her dad was in the hospital, and there was a lockdown and it wasn't a drill. Ryder and Regina stood up for claire and tried to get her phone back.
- "Hey, give her the phone back, you crazy BLEEP!"
- "You will be seeing the principle tomorrow!"
- "Sweetheart, don't worry about anyone but yourself tomorrow. It's your big day. I'll get everyone where they need to be and they'll all do what they have to do.
- When claire thought that her dad wasn't going to make it to her recital for dance so she started to cry.
- "I would never miss you dancing. If you had to wheel me in, i'll be there. You are my beautiful princess. I always want to see my princess up there in the lights. I love you."
