- Olivia Newton-John/actress and singer pronounceddead Monday at her ranch at the age of 73. She fought breast cancer for a while As we all know her from the popular movie Grease. Olivia was one of the most known pop stars in the 70's. (Griggs 2022).
- Even though Olivia wasn't too experienced when it came to acting before her role in the movie Grease she performed really well and this really helped her become noticed and brought a new level towards her acting career/singing. This movie was super popular and still to this day is being talked about and how much Olivia would get recognized from.(Griggs 2022).
- Newton-John sang on three of the biggest movie hits this included, You're the one that I want, Summer Nights and, Hopelessly Devoted To You. Her singing career went pretty far. She spent ten weeks being on the Billboard Hot 100. From the lyrics as There's nothing left to talk about unlessit's horizontally. This was her biggest hit at the time.(Griggs 2022)
- Newton-John was born in Cambridge,England in 1948 and then shortly moved with her family in Melbourne, Australia when she was the age of five. She won a contest on this Tv show known as Sing,Sing, Sing. When she was a teen she created this group. After this her career really started.(Griggs 2022).
- The Co-stars from Grease took a visit to Olivia Newton-John star located in Hollywood to pay their respects and leave flowers and pictures for her to be recognized as the star she was. Friends and family took a visit to her star. We Love you Olivia. (Griggs 2022)
- Olivia will never be forgotten she was an Australian singer who had a great voice and was very beautiful that made her such a big hit/pop star of the 70's and amazed generations after that. Olivia was an incredible actor and singer and amazed us all with the attraction of her hard work ethic. (Griggs 2022)
