- A sinister force stalks the corridors of City Hall...
- ...and haunts the dreams of the Housing Leadership Team...
- The Resource Gobbler!!!
- FOURTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIX TENANTS WHO ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS, MANY OF WHOM HAVE COMPLEX NEEDS
- And each one different...
- I work three days a week at John Lewis, pay my rent by direct debit and am saving to buy this flat one day
- I struggle with reading, I worry about my rent arrears, and am getting visitors I can't seem to get rid of.
- There are potentially hundreds of tenants for each front line officer to work with

- An anguished cry goes up from City Hall

- She directs resources to the people that need it most in a single bound!
- Saving the council money and making sure the people who need support get the help they need
- Putting ever greater pressure on the council's limited resources!
