- Telemachus holds an assembly and tells the suiters to leave.

- Aegyptius, an Ithaca leader praises Telemachus for stepping into his fathers shoes.

- Telemachus goes to Pylos to talk to King Nestor.

- Agamemnon returned from Troy to find that Aegisthus.
- King Nestor sends his son Pisistratus, and Telemachus to Sparta, to find Odysseus.
- Both of you shall go to Sparta.
- Menelaus and Helen are celebrating the separate marriages of their son and daughter.
