  • Gravity
  • Friction
  • Elasticity
  • Gravity is a force that pulls you or an object down to the ground. For example, the tennis ball is swung up by the girl to pass, or go down, to the other. What goes up must come down.
  • Elasticity
  • Friction is the resistance that an object encounters when it is moving. In this scene, the soccer ball is moving forward and the soccer player is pushing/kicking the ball. Therefore, the grass/field is the friction.
  • Magnetism
  • Elasticity is the ability for an object to be stretched out, and then resume to be back in its normal shape after being stretch. For example, The gym equipment that this guy is using. You pull the handles and then it goes right back to the shape it was before.
  • Magnetism
  • When people stretch, they can be elastic. After you stretch and you don't stretch for a long time, your muscles will go back to the way they were eventually. Just like this dancer, you have to keep stretching to keep the flexibility.
  • Magnetism is when an object made up of a magnetic material, such as, iron, connects to opposites (North and South). It is the ability to attract.
  • Magnets can also be used on a compass to find out where you are. If you are lost, you can use a compass. There is also a compass called, Baseplate Compass that you can move the dial in any direction that you want to go in.
