- With all that is going around, we have a choice. We can lean against the wall and observe or get out there and dance with it- maybe even taking the lead. Lessons in Leadership explores and celebrates the people that have chosen to dance.

- Hello- I'm Richard Obernesser or as my friends call me OB- Life presents many amazing opportunities for curiosity, motivation and growth for us as human beings. We need only look around us and notice with openness and awe. There are lessons and coincidences that invite us to explore further- what we do with that invitation is where the magic happens. Great leaders are all around us. I have the privilege of knowing quite a few.
- This might be where we walk onto the set.
- Let's explore these leaders and maybe we can be moved, nudged and or simply entertained. The choice is yours and what you make of it. for as Voltaire says" Appreciation is wonderful thing- it allows what is the excellent in others to belong to us as well."

- This is the opening for every Lesson in leadership series episode- Music and imagery must promote the brand- need LIL logo and music.
