- First Estate
- I agree!
- I love life! I have so much and pay so little taxes. I can enjoy myself!
- Second Estate
- I don't care what the third estate says. I do not care about what they say or do. At the end of the day, it is MY decision. Maybe I should go to one of these meetings and end things once and for all!
- We love living our higher life! We don't pay too many taxes and can live freely.
- We have to pay so many taxes. Why do we have to pay so much, but the rich don't? We have had bad cropping seasons and can barely afford to eat. This is unfair. America just revolted and got their freedom, maybe we should too!
- The third estate later created the National Assembly, where people formed together to fight for their rights.
- We need to be clear of what we want first. If they still do not listen to our wishes, we need to plan and fight back. Whatever means necessary. Let's make a group of us all. We can all have meetings and speak our truth about how we feel.
- How do we do that?
- Third Estate
- They then created the Tennis Court Oath and this had only caused more problems. They quite literally made it in a tennis court. People in the third estate liked it and believed it had purpose. The higher estates did not like and and also still did not care for the third estate. There was a constant back and forth of the estates.
- Nation=al Assembly meeting
- The constant back and forth bickering is unacceptable. We speak our truth, but no one cares. We need to act now. We are going to create the Tennis Court Oath. This oath will declare that we will not go to anything unless mandated unless our voices are heard.
- King Louis Castle
- The news gets around about what the King said. Rumors went around that the King was going to interfere and possibly make things worse for the third estate. They then had to do what they thought was best.
- Storming of the BastilleDue to hearing the possible rumors of the King interfering with their plans, the National Assembly decided to storm the Bastille to get weapons and protect themselves. They fought their way in to get gun powder, swords, guns, etc.,
