- Yes it's true, we have a cleaning staff of different origins and the company offers them French lessons to help them communicate with customers, read the instructions of the products they use and to help them in their daily life.
- Wow! that's nice. How did you formalize these trainings?
- We have created a training center in the company in 2020 with qualifying training courses that enable employees to increase their skills.But we are at the very beginning of the deployment, there are still many things to set up.
- It's already a beautiful project ! What about well-being at work ?
- Uh... We still need to make some effortson that...The company has partnered with AXA insurance to provide an online medical service (teleconsultation, chat with professionals).I also organise a big seminar in November with the teams over two days.But this will not prevent us from reducing stress at work, all the teams work very hard, there is a lot of pressure from the head office, from customers, from employees... The mental load is quite high.
- oh that's a shame... What do you plan to do to improve the working life of employees?
- Well...We could set up an idea box with a challenge to ask employees what actions they will take to improve their workstation , setting up working groups between the different departments , train employees on stress management and priorities , set up a listening unit to listen to employees and support them and plan sophrology/yoga classes maybe.

- I forgot to ask you something! In view of all the events linked to global warming, what is Derichebourg's involvement in the environmental challenges?
- Oh yes! More than 34% of the cleaning products used have an ecological label, 20% of the machines are equipped with environmentally friendly functions: water and energy saving.Waste is sorted and recycled. There is also training in eco-actions and the use of eco-efficient equipment to save water and electricity.But...
