- Staff Irving has a nice career story, and loved being in the Army. HIs reasons for leaving are his own, but his reasons for coming back are very similar to those why he joined in the first place. Please explore all he hopes to achieve in this second opportunity of Army life.What is his role, what is he doing?What lessons has he learned? What will he do differently?

- The rejoining process was easy, and in many ways it is like I have never left. Some things are different though partly due to Covid; I call it an undulating learning curve. One of the big differences is delivering fitness via Zoom to approx 15 soldiers each week - but it's early days...[please draw out the MH and other associated benefits to all as a result of this regular contact]
