- It was the year 1760 and a new era of technology began. This was called the industrial revolution era.  Despite there being technological advancements in the workforce department. adults and children still have to work in factories. One of those children is a teenage boy named John.
- Hi I am John Wilson and I am a 16 year old who works in the textile  factory that is behind me.
- This is a map of USA where John and his colleagues work.
- I sometimes wonder why I have to work 12-16 hours per day and six days a week
- Outside of everyone's work, many people suffer from a lack of food and there was a lot of water pollution. A lot of kids were living in a poor condition as the factories they work in give them low wages which causes them to not be able to pay for their needs such as food and shelter.
- oh my god these kids are living in such horrible conditions. Well I guess this is the norm in these times
- Ahh well this has been another long day of work.
- John currently has no family members as all of them died by natural cause or any other method. He also doesn't have any friends since he is more reserved and quiet, but he speaks so rationally when he speaks. He lives in a decent 1 story house by himself as he works in a factory system.
