- CHOOSE YOUR SEEDS!
- Choose what you would like to plant! You can plant flowers, vegetables, or fruits! Make sure to check how much sunlight and water your plant needs when you are making your choice.

- After determining how much sunlight and water your plant needs, choose a place to plant it. You want to make sure that your site gets adequate sunlight.

- DIG, PLANT, WATER!
- Use a shovel to dig a hole in the dirt. A good rule of thumb is to plant your seeds at a depth equal to two or three times their width. It is actually better to plant seeds too shallow than too deep ,as they may not grow. Water your seeds according to the directions; typically once a day.
- Slide: 4
- WATCH THEM GROW!
- How long it takes to grow from seed to plant depends on your seeds. It could take three weeks or three months. You must be patient and water and care for your plant to help it grow! You will be so proud of what you helped create.
