  • Here you go great job, since you first started this threapy you've been doing great and since talking to you doctor you have been acting much better.
  • Did you hear that a daily routine is great for helping control your emotions and coping with Bipolar.
  • Really! that's great I'll have to look into it . As recenly I've been having bad depresion episodes.
  • Yeah thanks mate, i've been really trying to focus on keeping my emotions chill and focusing on other things stying as busy as possible.
  • You know how good all this exercise is, it's not just keeping your mind off the negitives but it keeps your mind and body fit and healthy.
