I believe it is necessary to create a stronger central government.

No you are wrong we need a bill of rights that shows us they will protect our rights.
Federalist believed that the constitution already protected our indivdual rights and a bill of rights was not nessacary.
Anti-Fed believed that we need documentation stating that our ididual rights were protected so a bill of rights was nesscary.
