- Patricians and Plebeians under Etruscan Rule
- It's not fair how the Patricians get more power than us
- Feels nice to have most of the power
- The Patricians create a Republic

- The Plebians Rebel
- The Etruscans came in and ruled Rome. After that, Rome was divided into 2 classes, patricians and plebeians. The patricians were the wealthy landowners and they controlled the most valuable land and also held important military and religious offices. The plebeians could not be priests or government officials and had little voice in the government, but they were still forced to serve in the army.
- Lucius Junius Brutus rebelled and drove out the last Etruscan King and developed a Republic. The patricians placed most of the power in the hands of the senate. Two elected leaders, called consuls, shared command of the army. The creation of the republic gave Rome a more democratic form of government and the Patricians could participate.
- The Patricians had all the power and the Plebians had to obey it. The plebeians had to unite and fight for what they wanted. As time went on the 2 social classes grew to hate one another even more than they already did.
