- Today you've completed a Nutritionist assessment, breast feeding counseling, had labs drawn for pregnancy panel and met with me to discuss your pregnancy. We are completed. I will now take you to the voucher station to pick up your vouchers.

- I can't believe I AM DONE ALREADY!
- With this new process there were no problems or unexpected obstacles. To the contrary, we are able to switch the flow without affecting client's wait time or other programs. For example, after client walks in to clinic and their eligibility for Medicaid is verified the Pregnancy Panel can be done first before client is sent to PCM or WIC. Furthermore, it has been done several times whenever Nutritionist are busy, client's would be sent to labs first, then PCM and they lastly go back to WIC.
